  • Week 1 Quick Start

    Week 1 is when we install all of the automation, lists, emails, and templates you need to get started.

    What we implement: 

    • Best practice automations
    • Import your priority list
    • Best practice email templates
    • Your list of tracking properties
    • Forms and Lists you'll need
    • You'll add HubSpot to your domain settings

    At the end of week 1, you'll be ready to launch your first marketing campaign, or sales outreach automation with full confidence, and we'll walk you through the process in a training to put them live.

    Length: 1 week (requires that you provide your data and make domain setting changes to complete this phase.

  • System Customization

    We'll customize the way your team views the CRM, make adjustments to your campaigns, and add additional assets.

    This phase includes: 

    • Customized CRM views
    • Import additional lists
    • Create additional lists
    • Add additional landing pages
    • Review performance on your first outreach or campaigns

    At the end of week 2, we'll have HubSpot dialed in to even more of your internal processes and preferences.

    Length: 1 week

  • Process Matching

    During this phase we'll customize the system for your unique processes and systems. 

    Process Matching includes: 

    • Matching Your Lead Status
    • Mapping Your Sales Process
    • Developing Additional Custom Workflows
    • Assigning Lead Ownership

    The goal is to let HubSpot do the heavy lifting for you, and align it to the way you do business. 

    Length: 1 week

  • Success Planning and Reporting

    In Week 4, we'll focus on training your team to use HubSpot. We'll provide a training for each Hub that you're using, and create reports for each Hub to give you insights into . 

    This phase covers: 

    • Create reports for each Hub
    • Customize key dashboards
    • Team training for each hub
    • Review next step for supprt
    • Transition to our Admin support*
